My friends and family don’t know that I’m starting this blog. My partner knows, but she doesn’t have the link. This is between me and the broad fucking spectacle of the internet.

Eris is my new name. My old name was a man’s name. My friends and family don’t know my true name.

I decided to name myself after the Greek goddess of chaos and discord. My old name was derived from a god of war. I spent all my time warring against everything, especially myself. Now I will disrupt the order of the day, and flow with the chaos.

If you read between the lines here, I’m telling you who I am. I’m telling strangers things I’m afraid to tell my closest comrades. Soon they will know my chaos. But the war is not yet over.
